Everything was superb - the ‘space’ (reminded me of the place I’d stayed at in Tulum), the service, the vibe, and the excellent food. The cocktails are so innovative, the entrees (which the four of us shared) were absolutely delicious, the Patagonian tooth fish was fabulous, side dishes plentiful, and deserts certainly didn’t let us down either. Five well deserved stars - I’ll be back!!!

Outstanding food, service and view. We opted for the bottomless brunch and found that to be great value. The margaritas were too good!! Food came out promptly and good serving sizes. Delicious and fresh plates.

Went here on a special day and asked if I could get a Waterside seating and they kindly placed us there. Had the banquet and honestly one of the best banquets in this price range that I’ve had. The taco was delicious as well as the steak and finished off with a refreshing watermelon dessert. The service was attentive and most of all interior design is so beautiful with the warm lighting.

Alegre isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. From the moment you step in you're transported to a vibrant oasis overlooking the sparkling Sydney Harbor. The city skyline shimmers, boats bob gently, and the air buzzes with the promise of a delicious fiesta. menu is a modern twist on Mexican cuisine, a symphony of fresh, bold flavors that tantalize your taste buds. the chorizo tacos (bursting with juicy, smoky goodness),. The staff are as warm and welcoming as the Mexican sunshine., the view? Perched above the harbor, offers a vista that's as delicious as the food. We watched the sun dip below the horizon, perfect setting for a lingering meal and good conversation.

Our first dining experience at Alegre Bar and Dining definitely did not disappoint. The drinks were delicious, the food was amazing and the service from all the staff was superb. Holly (our main waitress with beautiful eye makeup 🤩) was very knowledgeable and we trusted her with all our choices-she was on point with all our food. Manuela and Jose (wait staff that looked after us too) were also very friendly. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is unique. We can’t wait to return so we can try all the other dishes 😋😂

Absolutely loved the food and atmosphere of this place. Perfect for a weekend lunch. All the seafood tasted really fresh and flavourful. Portions were big and filling. Birria tacos was full of flavour. Defs enjoyed Alegre and would come back to try their other menu items. Restaurant has plenty of seating and suitable for small or large groups. They also have private rooms available for more intimate gatherings.

Incredible experience here! I had the spicy margarita and my friend had a hibiscus cocktail and they were both sensational. My friend and I got the banquet and Holly took amazing care of us recommending really great dishes/cocktails and catering to our allergies and dietary requirements. Service and kitchen staff are incredible. Food is 100/10 especially considering all our allergies. Wanna give a big shoutout to the best service (thank you Holly!) and the chef and kitchen staff. Thanks again and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful restaurant, New Year’s menu was superb, our waiter Norman was fantastic, we loved the Mariachis and the ambiance. We will definitely come back.
